Secure Systems is an SSAIB certified installer of CCTV, fire, intruder, access control, networking and public address systems. We are based in South Wales and deliver projects and maintenance across the UK — and we would rather be judged on the specification than the sales pitch.
How we work
Four things we do differently.
None of it is complicated. It is mostly just doing the parts other installers skip because the client cannot see them at the time.
We survey before we price
Nothing gets quoted from a phone call and a floor plan. We walk the site, because the difference between a workable system and an expensive one is usually visible in ten minutes on the ground.
The specification is yours
You get a written specification — system category, zoning, camera positions, retention, the standards we are designing to. Take it to another installer and compare it line for line. We would rather win on the detail.
The people who design it, install it
One team from first survey to servicing. No handoff to a subcontractor you have never met, and no engineer arriving who has never seen the drawings.
We are still here afterwards
A security system that is not maintained is a liability with a light on it. Planned servicing, proper documentation and 24/7 call-out are part of the job, not an upsell.

We design to recognised British Standards and hold third-party certification, because “compliant” should mean something checkable.
