These terms outline how Secure Systems delivers quotes, projects, and ongoing maintenance services.
Quotes & proposals
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Proposals may change if site conditions or scope requirements change following survey.
Project delivery
Projects are invoiced on agreed milestones. Installation schedules are confirmed after survey and procurement, with clear handover documentation provided on completion.
Maintenance & support
Maintenance contracts are billed annually in advance unless otherwise agreed. Emergency call-outs are available 24/7 with priority response in South Wales.
Payments
Payment terms are 30 days from invoice date unless specified in your contract.
